Help secure the future of the community gym in Parc Dewi Sant, Carmarthen. We're looking for local businesses & individuals across Carmarthenshire to pledge just £10 a month, providing sustainable, long-term support.
We couldn't do this without the amazing support of our donors, sponsors and fundraisers. We are so, so grateful for each and every one of you! We hope you know what a difference you make to our members, who have bravely survived physical, mental and emotional trauma, but still require help to deal with the effects of that trauma.

Physical Empowerment CIC is a Community Interest Company i.e. not for profit. We aim to offer our training, for free, to the people who need it the most. Women who have survived domestic abuse and sexual violence will be more confident, capable and able to interact with the communities in which they live. They will have practical knowledge to keep them safe (emotional, mental and physical).
