Help secure the future of the community gym in Parc Dewi Sant, Carmarthen. We're looking for businesses across Carmarthenshire to pledge just £10 a month, providing sustainable, long-term support.
Physical Empowerment CIC is a Community Interest Company i.e. not for profit. We aim to offer our training, for free, to the people who need it the most. Women who have survived domestic abuse and sexual violence will be more confident, capable and able to interact with the communities in which they live. They will have practical knowledge to keep them safe (emotional, mental and physical).
