1. Personal Safety Training

Our one-day personal safety workshops are designed to build physical, emotional and mental awareness and resilience through a mix of practical techniques and reflective exercises. This training can be an essential part of your team's training, contribute to an individual’s sense of personal safety, be part of CPD, or used as a team building activity day.

Your team will learn how to:

• Own their personal space and trust their instincts

• Understand UK law around self-defence

• Develop strategies for managing fear and staying calm under pressure

• Practice effective responses to common physical threats

The cost is £850 for a full-day workshop (10am–4pm) for up to 12 members of your team. For more than 12 staff please get in touch for a bespoke proposal and price.

2. Youth Empowerment Workshop

Standalone sessions or up to six weeks of empowerment classes for teens and young adults, focusing on:

• Healthy relationships

• Protecting personal space

• Emotional, mental and physical self defence

• Consent, choice and boundaries
